Let's start some weight loss!

So for 2011, I have a three part resolution, but the one this blog is specifically for is the weight loss. As of 1/4/11 I weigh in at 155 lbs. I would love to be in the 140's but Ican never seem to get there! I need to exercise and do more cardio, so I can be more fit and have more energy for my kids. Also need to get back in and do zumba again...I got scared off after they changed 75% of the songs so I am SOOOOO lost during the moves now, lol.



Hoping a blog and the biggest loser competition keeps me motivated to loose some poundage! :D
